1. Who may use the portal

The IEB Campaign Portal is run by the candidate's campaign team. Only volunteers approved by an admin may use it. Your account is personal: do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.

2. Use member data only for this campaign

  • Use the IEB member list and campaign records only for this election campaign.
  • Do not copy, publish, sell or pass on member data outside the team. Keep downloaded lists private and delete them when the campaign ends.
  • Record outcomes honestly so the team does not contact people twice by mistake.

3. Respect people — no spam

  • If someone asks not to be contacted, mark them “do not contact” and stop. The portal leaves them out of all campaigns.
  • Stay within the weekly message limit and the quiet hours. Do not try to get around them.
  • Send only honest, respectful campaign messages to IEB members. No misleading claims, no harassment, nothing unrelated to the campaign.

4. Sending from your own accounts

  • Messages sent from your own WhatsApp, phone or email come from you, and you are responsible for them. Follow the rules of those services (for example Gmail's sending limits).
  • If you connect your Gmail, the portal only gets permission to send email — never to read your mailbox — and sends only when you start a batch. You can disconnect at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
  • Paid sending (for example SMS through the gateway) is charged to the budget an admin gave you. Use it only for this campaign.

5. Suspension

Admins may suspend or remove any account at any time — for example for misuse, or when the campaign ends. Suspending an account also removes its email connection.

6. The service

The portal is provided as it is, for the duration of the campaign. Features may change or stop. The candidate's campaign team handles personal data as described in the privacy policy.
